What this page is. Never Miss a Job is the first role of a whole-business AI agent that Australian trade businesses own outright, running on a server ZeroToClaw sets up and runs for them. This page lists what the same agent takes on after the inbox.
How office jobs get added. One at a time, described in plain words, scoped, and quoted like a variation. Day-to-day adjustments are a conversation with the agent itself. Coaching sessions, included in the monthly, are where the next office job gets planned.
What’s real today. Quote follow-up runs in production at a customer’s business. Invoice preparation runs in production at another. Invoice chasing is being built for an existing customer now. Bulk work-order import (email exports or CSV) is part of any build that needs it.
The honest rule of thumb. If a task happens on a computer, chances are the agent can take it on. Anything it takes on starts as drafts for approval: nothing goes out without the business’s yes, until it has earned the keys.
Limits. It doesn’t answer phone calls yet. It never quotes a price unless the business switches that on, when we offer it. It never pretends to be human. The full limits list is published at /what-it-doesnt-do; the numbers are at /pricing.
