You will also have access to practical video tutorials that show your team how to use the agent, delegate work and teach it new skills.

With the $5,000 Guided option, the monthly care plan begins when you purchase. We set up and host the agent and the systems it needs while your team builds with our guidance. Like a website, your agent needs a secure hosted environment to operate.

With the $7,500 Done-for-You option, the monthly care plan begins four weeks after purchase, once your first agreed responsibility is live. You do not pay the monthly care fee while ZeroToClaw is completing the initial build, and if a build runs longer we push the start date out to match.

Yes. Your AI employee is designed to keep learning new skills rather than remain limited to its first workflow.

Your team can use our video tutorials to teach it new tasks and build further automations. If you would like expert help, ZeroToClaw can provide additional coaching, review the work or build the new responsibility for you under a separately agreed scope.

Your monthly care plan covers the agent and everything ZeroToClaw builds for you. If your team creates its own automation and needs our help fixing or improving it, we will review the work and confirm any additional cost before we begin.

You do not need to start again or buy another AI employee. The new responsibility can join the same agent, using the systems, business knowledge, security and team access already in place.

Your team can build the next automation using the skills and tutorials provided, or you can ask ZeroToClaw to build it. If we build it, we will agree on the scope and one-off price before work begins.

Adding another responsibility does not automatically increase the $750 monthly care price. We will discuss any change first if the new work requires significant additional infrastructure, third-party services or separately agreed usage.

It is entirely your choice.

Choose $750 per month plus GST for month-to-month flexibility. You can cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period.

Alternatively, choose the 12-month care plan for $7,500 plus GST, equivalent to $625 per month. The annual plan is paid yearly and commits you for that 12-month period.

If you cancel, you can request an export of your agent’s data and settings.

Your agent continues working until the end of your current billing period. It is then taken offline, and you have 30 days to request an export of its data and settings.

You keep ownership of the data, documents, business rules and other materials you provided, along with the outputs your agent generated. ZeroToClaw retains ownership of its platform and the solution developed within it. After payment, you have a continuing licence to use your delivered copy for your own internal business operations.

Information held in systems such as Xero, ServiceM8 or Simpro remains in your accounts and is not affected by cancelling ZeroToClaw.

Your agent runs in its own private environment on cloud infrastructure operated by ZeroToClaw. We protect it using restricted staff access, monitoring, backups, security updates and controlled connections to your business systems.

We access your information only when needed to set up, operate, support or secure your agent. We do not sell your data or use your content to train AI models.

Your agent may send relevant information to approved AI providers and connected systems when completing work. We take reasonable steps to use settings that prevent providers from using your content to train their models where those settings are available.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Your team remains responsible for protecting login details and deciding which actions require human approval.

We look at where owner and team time is being consumed, where work is slowing down and which processes are creating unnecessary cost, missed revenue or administration. We then assess which opportunities are suitable for AI and identify the highest-return place to begin.

Yes. If you purchase the $7,500 AI Employee Done-for-You Launch within 30 days of your strategy session, we credit the full session fee toward the package.

The credit applies to the Done-for-You Launch because the findings from the session become the foundation for the custom responsibility we build.

The credit does not apply to the $5,000 Guided Launch and must be used within 30 days of the date the session is held.
