What your agent can do in Seven.io

Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around Seven.io could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Create Contact Create a Seven.io contact with identity, address, phone, notes, and group fields.
  • Delete Contact Permanently delete one Seven.io contact by ID. This is destructive and cannot be undone.
  • Format Phone Numbers Validate and normalize one or more phone numbers without performing a paid carrier lookup.
  • Get Analytics Return Seven.io usage statistics for a date range, optionally grouped by date, label, subaccount, or country.
  • Get Balance Return the connected Seven.io account's available credit balance and currency.
  • Get SMS Pricing Return Seven.io SMS prices, preferably narrowed to one destination country.
  • List Contacts List or search Seven.io contacts, optionally restricted to a contact group.
  • List Contact Groups List Seven.io contact groups and their member counts for use in contact filtering or assignment.
  • Query Message Journal Query one page of outbound SMS, inbound SMS, or voice journal entries using a consistent filter interface.
  • Send SMS Send an SMS through Seven.io. Live calls contact external recipients and are billable. Sandbox calls validate the request but do not dispatch messages or consume paid products.
  • Update Contact Update selected standard fields or group memberships on an existing Seven.io contact.

    You create a key in Seven.io, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

    Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

    Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.
