Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around Membervault could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Add User to Course Tool to add a user to a specified product. Use when enrolling a user into a course without duplication.
  • Delete User Tool to completely delete a user from the account, including all data, progress, and quiz answers (irreversible). Use when you need to permanently remove a user. Example: "Delete user with email user@example.com"
  • Get Courses Tool to retrieve all courses (products) in the MemberVault account. Use when you need to list available courses after setting up authentication.
  • Remove User from Course Tool to remove a user's access to a product (course). This simply removes access to the product without deleting the user from the account. Use when revoking course access.

    You create a key in Membervault, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

    Set the guardrails

    Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

    We keep it running

    Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.
