Connect Kapso to your AI agent

Messaging 10 actions available

Kapso provides APIs for WhatsApp messaging, customer and contact management, broadcasts, workflows, and serverless functions.

We set up the connection using your own Kapso account, with keys you control, and keep it running. Your agent picks it up and starts doing the work.

What your agent can do in Kapso

Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around Kapso could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Get Function Retrieve one Kapso serverless function's code, runtime configuration, deployment status, and computed URLs without invoking or changing it.
  • Get Phone Number Retrieve one Kapso WhatsApp phone-number configuration by its Meta phone number ID.
  • Get Phone Number Health Run Kapso's live checks for one WhatsApp phone-number configuration and return its body-level health status and individual check results.
  • Get Workflow Retrieve one workflow's metadata, full graph definition, or available variables without executing or changing it.
  • List Conversations List one page of WhatsApp conversations by recent activity, with filters for phone number, status, assignment, and activity time range.
  • List Customers List Kapso project customers and filter them by name, external customer ID, or creation time. Returns one page and a continuation cursor.
  • List Functions List serverless functions configured in the Kapso project, including runtime and deployment state, without returning function source code or invoking any function.
  • List Messages List one page of WhatsApp message history project-wide through Kapso Platform or for one phone number through the Meta-compatible proxy. This tool only reads history and never sends messages.
  • List Phone Numbers List WhatsApp phone-number configurations in the Kapso project, with filters for account, customer, messaging state, and display name.
  • List Workflows List project workflows and filter them by lifecycle status, name, or creation time. This read-only action does not execute a workflow.

How we connect it

  1. 1

    Connect your account

You create a key in Kapso, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

  2. 2

    Set the guardrails

Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

  3. 3

    We keep it running

Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.

Kapso questions, answered.

With a key you create and control. You paste it in once, it is stored in a secrets store on your server, permissions are scoped to the minimum the agent needs, and you can revoke it at any time.
The actions Kapso's API allows, the same things a person clicking around the app could do. Connections start read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against the policy you set before the agent takes them.
Connections are priced per tool on top of the base plan. Some are included, some are premium. See pricing for how connection charges work.
Standard tools are ready inside 7 business days of the setup call. We test the connection end to end, walk you through how the agent uses it, and watch the first week of activity.
