What your agent can do in CloudPDF

Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around CloudPDF could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Create Webhook Create a CloudPDF webhook subscription for selected document, collection, tracker, lead, or file-processing events.
  • Delete Document Permanently delete one known CloudPDF document by UUID. This destructive operation is irreversible, and CloudPDF provides no recovery endpoint.
  • Delete Webhook Delete one CloudPDF webhook subscription by its decimal ID.
  • Get Account Return the connected CloudPDF organization's plan, allowances, and current upload, view, and storage usage.
  • Get Document Retrieve one CloudPDF document by ID, including metadata, default permissions, and current file processing status.
  • Get Document File Retrieve one known CloudPDF file version and its processing status. This returns file metadata, not the PDF bytes.
  • Get Webhook Retrieve one CloudPDF webhook subscription by its ID.
  • List Webhooks Return all webhook subscriptions configured for the connected CloudPDF organization.
  • Update Document Update selected metadata or default-permission fields on a known CloudPDF document without requiring unchanged values to be resent.

    You create a key in CloudPDF, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

    Set the guardrails

    Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

    We keep it running

    Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.
