Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around CardClan could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Create Integration Configuration Create a persistent CardClan integration configuration linking a card to its workspace. The connected user's ID is resolved automatically.
  • Generate Personalized Card URL Generate a personalized CardClan viewing URL without sending an email. This may create recipient-specific CardClan state but does not deliver a message.
  • Get Card Details Get a CardClan card's title, merge-tag requirements, and owning workspace details by card ID.
  • Get Integration Configuration Get a CardClan integration configuration by either integration ID or card ID.
  • List Cards List cards in a CardClan workspace, including card IDs needed for details, integration configuration, personalized links, and sending.
  • List Email Accounts List configured CardClan sender accounts that can be selected when sending a card.
  • List Workflow Cards List cards with active CardClan integration workflows and return their integration, card, and workspace IDs.
  • List Workspaces List CardClan workspaces accessible to the connected account, including the workspace IDs needed to find cards and create integration configurations.
  • Send Card Immediately personalize and send a CardClan card by email to one or more recipients. This externally side-effecting operation is irreversible; use GENERATE_CARD_URL when delivery is not intended.

    You create a key in CardClan, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

    Set the guardrails

    Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

    We keep it running

    Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.
