Each one is a real action the agent can take on its own, the same things a person clicking around Bland AI could do. Read-only by default; write actions are confirmed against your policy.

  • Create Pathway Folder Create an empty pathway folder, optionally nested under an existing folder, without running calls or agents.
  • Delete Pathway Folder Delete an empty pathway folder by ID; folders containing pathways or subfolders must be emptied first.
  • Get Account Details Return the connected Bland AI account's status, call count, balance, and refill settings without changing the account.
  • List Calls Search the connected account's existing inbound and outbound call history without placing or modifying calls.
  • List Contacts Return organization contacts and their identifiers and memory records one page at a time.
  • List Knowledge Bases Return one page of the connected Bland AI organization's knowledge bases, including processing status, source details, and file metadata.
  • List Pathway Folders Return all pathway folders and their parent relationships from Bland's US regional pathway service.

    You create a key in Bland AI, a key you create and control, and paste it in once. It lives in a secrets store on your server, not with us.

    Read-only by default. You choose which write actions the agent may take, and anything outside that policy gets confirmed with you first.

    We keep it running

    Health checks on every connection, updates handled for you, and we watch the first week of activity to make sure the work lands.
